The Casa del Gelso has two internal rooms with large fireplaces for winter evenings, and is surrounded by large verandas overlooking the garden and the surrounding countryside. The small square in the center of the structure frames the large centuries-old mulberry tree that gives the house its name. The open grill with its large fireplace and wood-burning oven also overlooks the square.
On summer nights it is possible to dine by candlelight under the mulberry trees with the view that runs from the sea to the village of Città Sant’Angelo illuminated in the background or relive in the square, the atmosphere of the evenings in the countryside of the past.
